Role Function and Purpose:

PayMyTuition’s Engineering team consists of coding experts who develop and innovative customer-oriented solutions. The members of this team use their experiences with tech and their analytical expertise to drive efforts of changing the game in global payments.

We are in search of a bright, motivated and high-energy Technical Support professional to join our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Strong written and email abilities with verbal communication skills used in addressing complex issues
  • Develop strong knowledge of our higher-ed solution which will aid in solving problems effectively and efficiently
  • Supporting higher-ed customers by fielding questions and concerns
  • Identify root cause of technical support problems
  • Uncover product enhancements that will improve our technical solutions
  • Monitor various performance attributes to ensure the product is operating within acceptable parameters
Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS degree (required)
  • Proficiency in MySQL and general Unix commands
  • Understanding of web applications and database design
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a detailed fashion with customers
  • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in SaaS technical support
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
