Role Function and Purpose:

PayMyTuition’s Engineering team consists of coding experts who develop and innovative customer-oriented solutions. The members of this team use their experiences with tech and their analytical expertise to drive efforts of changing the game in global payments.

PayMyTuition is looking for an experienced developer responsible for building cutting-edge applications. This will include everything from complex groups of backend micro services to command line utilities and data processing scripts. Primary responsibilities will include designing and developing said applications while coordinating development activities company wide. Therefore, dedication to collaboration, design, problem-solving and building quality solutions is a high focus.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design, build and maintain efficient and reusable code
  • Ensure high quality performance and responsiveness across all solutions
  • Maintain code quality, organization automation within solutions
  • Participate in all levels of development
  • Aid and assist other developers
  • Consistent communication with other levels of organization
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in web development and technology
  • Object-oriented programming abilities
  • Front end programming experience (JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3)
  • Familiarity and experience with continuous integration
  • Experience with implementing of automated testing platforms
