We are in search of a bright, motivated and high-energy Technical Support professional to join our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Strong written and email abilities with verbal communication skills used in addressing complex issues
Develop strong knowledge of our higher-ed solution which will aid in solving problems effectively and efficiently
Supporting higher-ed customers by fielding questions and concerns
Identify root cause of technical support problems
Uncover product enhancements that will improve our technical solutions
Monitor various performance attributes to ensure the product is operating within acceptable parameters
Skills and Qualifications:
BS degree (required)
Proficiency in MySQL and general Unix commands
Understanding of web applications and database design
Ability to communicate clearly and in a detailed fashion with customers
Ability to multitask and detail-oriented
Previous experience in SaaS technical support
Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
